The Job Dispatch Pro Partner Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Job Dispatch Pro. By participating, you agree to these terms.
Commissions are paid on verified paid conversions only. Tier rates: Bronze (10%), Silver (15%), Gold (20%), Platinum (25%). Tiers upgrade automatically based on conversion count. Recurring commissions (5%) apply to subscription renewals. Second-tier commissions (10% of sub-affiliate earnings) apply to recruited partners.
Minimum payout threshold: $50. Payouts processed monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Commission earnings are tracked in real-time on your dashboard. Pending balances become eligible for payout after a 30-day hold period.
Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, paid search ads bidding on "Job Dispatch Pro" brand terms, spam, misleading claims, and incentivized clicks are prohibited. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Referral cookies last 30 days from the initial click. If a referred user signs up within 30 days, the conversion is attributed to the referring affiliate.
You may use Job Dispatch Pro logos and approved marketing materials only as provided. You may not alter trademarks or create misleading representations of the product.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, any pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days. Job Dispatch Pro reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice.
Job Dispatch Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to commissions earned in the 12 months preceding any claim.
